This is a wonderful condo with nice view, very comfortable and quiet!

I’ve stayed in AirBnBs all over and this is one of my favorites. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo is incredibly well appointed. My husband and I felt just like we had a home – while on vacation. My husband has been coming to these condominiums for over 20 years and he was impressed. We had all our creature comforts (like laundry with the detergent and dryer sheets provided and all the spices you could imagine for cooking). I loved the little touches like the embroidered towels and little signs that told you how to use things.

The communication was terrific and I felt like I knew what to expect before and during our stay. Luis, the local condo manager spoke excellent English. The communication overall was clear, consistent and I felt like I always had someone I could reach if there was ever a problem or a question. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is perfect! It is located out of town away from the crowd. The unit is situated on the top floor so you don’t have any noisy neighbors above. It is also equipped with everything you need from cooking utensils, towels, toiletry, water cooler, grocery bag, beach charis, and even a grill.

The view from the unit is amazing with a direct shot to sunsets. It’s hard to find accessible beaches on the west side of the island but Residencias Reef has a private beach with chairs and palapas for shade. There aren’t vendors to bug you during your stay either! There are 2 great pools if the beach/ocean isn’t your thing. We were there during the low season (Oct 2022) and only saw a max of 3 people at the beach and 4 people at the pool.

When you’re ready to take a break from the sun, the AC will cool you down instantly as you watch some TV with endless channels or play some games/cards.

We had an amazing week-long stay at this unit and we’ll definitely come back!!

The condo was wonderful! It was very large a spacious. Every room was large and roomy! We loved the balcony that looked out over the property and the ocean! It was very clean and comfortable! We took advantage of all the extras from the daily cleaning, to having meals cooked and the private taxi and private grocery shopping. The food cooked in condo was amazing! We barely ate out because we had so much delicious food right there for us! The property manager Luis speaks very good English and he checked up on us and helped us out throughout our stay. Veronica’s son Mario does the grocery shopping and we found out later that he arranges scuba, snorkeling and other tours. I wished we’d known sooner because we would have booked with him instead of the other places we choose. We were very comfortable in the condo. Slept great every night. Very quiet, even with some noisy neighbors below partway though, and the thunderstorm the one night. Actually being able to sit on the balcony and watch the thunderstorm was one of the highlights of our stay! As far as the area: This condo is a bit far from town so eating out would have been more costly as taxi service to and from Cozumel was running $30-$35 round trip. But we wanted to be farther away from the tourist scene. Nice quiet private beach which we loved. We snorkeled almost everyday in front of the condo and down towards the CarlosnCharlies. Short walk to Dona Chely for more amazing food! We walked down to Carlos n Charlies one day. Food was not terribe, but it is pretty much bar food. Drinks were very good and we would have gone back if we’d had more time. Secrets dock is so close for snorkeling/scuba pick up. We’d go back in a heartbeat. Looked at staying at Residencias Reefs late next winter or spring and bringing our 18yo twins but they are so booked up! We wanted more rooms for them. But if you don’t mind having folks sleep on the couches this place has plenty of space for probably up to 4 adults.

This is a great condo and is exactly as advertised. Very clean, well appointed and we love the location and beauty of Residencias Reef. Perfect place for divers.
