We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this condo again! From the moment we walked in, we felt at home. The welcome basket with snacks was such a thoughtful touch and a great way to start our vacation.

The condo is beautifully decorated with tasteful updates throughout. It’s clear the owners have put a lot of thought into the little details that make a big difference. We especially appreciated the full-size washer and dryer in the unit, the extra fan available to use, ceiling fans in both the bedroom, kitchen, and on the patio, and the generous closet space, which made unpacking and settling in easy.

We made our reservation at the very last minute, and John, the owner, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Luis, the on-site manager, reached out before our arrival and even stopped by to introduce himself. He was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. We really enjoyed visiting with him.

The housekeeping was excellent as well. The condo was spotless when we arrived, and it was obvious the cleaning staff takes great pride in their work.

The location was quiet, we felt very safe, and it was the perfect place to relax after a day of diving.

Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home rather than just a vacation rental. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cozumel and hope to stay here again on our next trip!

Just got back from paradise and keep dreaming of the sunsets!

I’ll start with bad, but wait, there are none!

Been traveling to and staying at residencies reef for about 15 years. Have stayed in a couple of different condos until I found Casa Hermosa! The owners, manager, and housekeeping are the best! John (owner), Louis (Manager) always respond quickly if I have any issues, and Veronica always keeps the place clean and tidy. Veronica will cook her delicious local dishes for you for an extra charge. I highly recommend it, lots of food for easy leftovers and absolutely delicious!

The condo itself is always very clean and updated every time I go back. It has everything you need as a solo or couple to make you feel at home on the beach. Seriously, it will have everything you need! All great quality kitchen items, plates, pots and pans, cooking utensils, appliances, Tupperware, coolers, and all the little things you might need. Always plenty of top quality towels and linens for the very comfortable king bed.

Drinking water is provided with a great quality dispenser. The AC always blows cold and the US tv channels will keep you entertained if needed, but remember, the beach is calling!

From the moment of arrival the security staff will warmly welcome you and are welcome to assist you with anything on the property. The entire community feel complex is carefully maintained by the grounds staff and is absolutely beautiful around every corner. There are 2 heated pools to pick from in case one is busier, and the family friendly vibe is great to meet people of all ages and backgrounds. I’ve been lucky to meet a couple of the owners while I’m there, they are always warm and welcoming to share their stories and sunsets with!

Ok, last, but not least. The Beach and sunsets are just amazing! The beach is meticulously maintained by the staff each morning, it’s private to the complex so sometimes you can have all to yourself. The water is crystal clear, and easy to swim or snorkel in with some beach shoes. The coral in a few places is tricky to get in at 1st, but not impossible without swim shoes. The snorkeling is best around the pier, or best on a hired boat that will always pick you right up at the pier. The beach chairs are comfortable for lounging or reading all day, and perfectly shaded by the coconut trees and palapas. People watching can last for hours with beach goers, passing boats, and the serenity of the passing waves!

I’m a solo traveler and have always felt completely safe around the complex and for miles up and down the beach. The island itself has very little crime, and when I’m in town or outside of the complex I have always felt safe too.

I really can’t say enough great things, it’s paradise and I hope one day I’m fortunate enough to maybe call myself more than a visitor. Until then, I hope to always return to Casa Hermosa because I know at least for me, it’s paradise!

This is our second time staying here at 8310, and we absolutely love this unit. It’s very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The owners go above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. The options to have groceries picked up before you arrive is such a nice touch.

We went deep-sea fishing and scuba diving this time and we were picked up from the pier in front of the unit, which made everything so convenient. The view from the balcony is breathtaking!!

We were here for the birthday of my gf, everything was clean and perfect, it felt like home.

Casa Vista Hermosa is a beautiful 1 bedroom condo at Residencias Reef about 10 miles south of downtown. It’s nicely furnished and has absolutely everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. The private balcony is perfect for your morning coffee or evening nightcap. The sunsets are spectacular! We will definitely stay at Casa Vista Hermosa again in the future!
