Casa Buena Vida’ is Unit #5120 and is located in Residencias Reef building one, first floor which rests along the beautiful San Francisco beach on the south end of Cozumel.

Enjoy the open beach surroundings off your patio of this spacious first floor unit while only being several steps away from digging your toes into a white, warm sandy beach, sitting under a grass Palapa, or enjoying a cold Margarita and watching a Cozumel sunset. If you prefer fresh water enjoyment try relaxing by one of the two HEATED private pools. If you are a scuba diver you’ll have the luxury of being picked up and dropped off at Residencias Reefs own pier located next to Aura Hotel.

Enjoy your private home entertainment system consisting of US IPTV; 55′ LCD TV with DVR, DVD/VCR player available. There is also wireless internet available for your use; please bring your own laptop.

This 1700 sq ft unit offers ceiling fans and 3 air conditioners for your comfort along with overhead fans in each room. This spacious unit offers two bedrooms which include two king size beds and two inflatable mattresses for additional sleeping arrangements. We also offer plenty of closet & drawers for your belongings. Each bedroom offers a king size bed and fully tiled bathroom equipped with soap, shampoo, and hair dryers for your personal use. A basket full of a variety of necessities is available in case you may have forgotten something.

Beach towels are provided for your convenience to make your packing lighter. A Private safe is available in each bedroom to store your valuables.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinets. Many kitchen extras are available to assist you. A cooking service can be hired, or our housekeeper would love to cooking authentic Mexican dishes for you for a fee of $35 per adult per meal or $25 per child 6-12 years. Children under 5 are free.

A washer & dryer are available including laundry detergent for your convenience. Daily service (except Sundays) by our housekeeping staff is INCLUDED daily (except sundays) , but not mandatory to use. An authentic Mexican dinner can be prepared for you by Veronica or her sisters upon request for additional charge and cost of groceries.

A short nine mile trip to San Miguel you’ll find many restaurants that offer a variety of food including authentic Mexican food. After a relaxing dinner, stroll the ocean front main street where you’ll find the perfect piece of jewelry or souvenir to remember your trip to Cozumel. A guest information book is available in the unit with suggestions to help you plan your memories.
